This is the stage where conventional BIM starts being used in architects office. However, conventional BIM is a product of last few years (Since 2003 onward) In context of the history of architecture; BIM is just a flash in the pan. So the questions that need to be asked
- Do design iterations stop as the design is finalized? If not, what would be the issues here?
- Who are the stakeholders at this stage? What would be their data requirements?
- What are the legal aspects that come into play during this stage?
- What kind of data integrations are needed with other external data? What are those? How do we handle dynamic macro and micro level changes of external data?
